The STPHBK curriculum is designed to provide a learning experience for students so that they have the competence needed to organize Teacher and Parenting Education.

Graduate Competencies

Main Competencies

  1. Pedagogical Competence: Bachelor’s graduates as professionals in the field of education, parenting, and human resource development who are able to apply the latest theories of development, learning, and brain in the learning process, and building children’s character.
  2. Personality Competence: Becoming a professional in the field of education, parenting, and human resource development who is able to facilitate children to grow and develop optimally with a strong educational spirit, sincere compassion, and motivation to achieve goals, and serving as an example for children.
  3. Social Competence: Becoming a professional in the field of education, parenting, and human resource development who is able to communicate and interact effectively and efficiently with children, fellow educators, parents/guardians of students, and the surrounding community.
  4. Professional Competence: Becoming a professional in the field of education, parenting, and human resource development who are able to design effective curricullum and creating learning materials that can encourage high-level thinking skills, as well as creating an educational environment that supports all aspects of optimal child development through the Pendidikan Holistik Berbasi Karakter model.
