The lectures at STPHBK are experts who not only master the theory but are also practitioners applying the Pendidikan Holistik Berbasih Karakter (PHBK) model in Sekolah Karakter (Kindergarten to High School). The lectures also have experience in training teachers and parents throughout Indonesia.
The Indonesia Heritage Foundation (IHF), as an institution overseeing STPHBK, also has a Sekolah Karakter laboratory located in Depok and 3,800 SBB schools networks that can be used as internships, practical training, or observation class for implementing the Pendidikan Holistik Berbasis Karakter (PHBK) model.
The success of the PHBK model has been proven by several research studies conducted by undergraduate (S1), master's (S2), and doctoral (S3) students. The results of these studies indicate that students attending Sekolah Karakter or (Semai Benih Bangsa) SBB consistently demonstrate better cognitive abilities, creativity, and character compared to other schools that do not implement the PHBK model.
